This pre-season conditioning and agility program is "soccer-specific" and is designed to prepare players for the upcoming season. This program goes beyond running players through exercises and focuses on a players life-style change, promoting better health and enhancing performance.
Players and parents have access to season long consultations with fitness and nutritional experts that will share a wealth of knowledge on body biomechanics, nutrition and injury prevention/rehabilitation.
This pre-season programs objectives are high level speed, agility and conditioning training, including exercises with/without a ball.
