Program Description:These programs have been designed especially for our players ages 8-12. This 3-day program focuses on the "Art of Finishing". SPI trainers, experts in the field of youth development, use modern teaching techniques to prepare players for the upcoming season. Along with instruction on proper finishing technique, players are taught ball control skills and fun plyometric, conditioning exercises as part of each session. These exercises are designed to improve balance and coordination. Small-sided games are utilized as part of all sessions.
