SPI High School Training Academy-Loudoun County
Programs At The Purcellville Sports Pavilion

Soccer is considered by many the most physically demanding of all teams sports. For ages U14 and older, a player’s level of physical fitness and performance are intrinsically related and therefore must be developed at all times. The pre-season however, is a time where the "elite" players separate themselves from the rest. This high school training program is professionally designed to enhance overall player performance and technical ability.

Sessions focus on three critical game aspects; technical development, tactical development and conditioning. Utilizing soccer-specific plyometric exercises, SPI is currently providing advanced players the winning edge!

Over 150 high school players from all over the state of VA have participated in the program held early in 2009. All of them claimed an increase in their strength, speed, stamina and technical ability as they prepared for the 2009 high school season. Some of the high schools represented in 2009 were Chantilly, Herndon, Paul VI, Oakton, Robinson, Fairfax and Freedom HS.

The program is staffed by professional trainers (USSF, UEFA, NSCAA, and AFA-Argentine Football Association).
