Program: The
Indoor Skill Development Academy Program is a club sponsored program designed for our
U10-U11 (Boys/Girls) currently playing in our travel (or selected "All-Stars") program. This educational program is curriculum based with professional USSF/international trainers managing every session and will focus on getting players ready for the spring 2009 season.
Along with ball handling skills players are introduced to basic and fun plyometric, conditioning exercises as part of each session. These exercises are designed to improve balance and coordination.
